Erecting the Stone

Tim was inspired by the talk we went to on ancient stone circles and standing stones earlier in the week and decided to erect one on the farm! As it was our monthly workday today, we got to do the job. Lots of sliding the stone on planks, then heaving it into place, it was hard work for such a comparatively small stone, just think of the enormous stones at Stonehenge! Lots of tasks achieved despite the atrocious weather, then a hearty feast was enjoyed by all.
