Day 26 - Orange Jelly

Another wet and miserable day, so a good excuse to stay in and make jam, or in this case Orange Jelly. I can't be bothered with peeling oranges to make proper marmalade so always prefer jelly. This is the end product (1 of the jars) side lit by a lamp.

In the process I learnt a very valuable lesson - if the jam boils over, clean it up immediately otherwise you are scraping toffee of the stove.
