Spider plants in mugs

Spider plants and a solitary Christmas cactus are the only plants that survive in our house given the very irregular watering they get. A couple of the bigger ones had a series of 'babies'.

These find homes in a number of 'retired' mugs (i.e. those which are chipped or cracked but of some sentimental or aesthetic value preventing their immediate binning) in the porch.

The last occupants succumbed to the aforementioned neglect so hopefully this new crowd will be luckier...
