Photographic Poeticisms

By TerryRhiannyr

I asked you for the Moon

Once in friendship I asked you for the moon
And gladly you placed it into my hand
Adorned with crystal and pebbles from stream
Knowing so well I'd understand
It came as a gift, given without ties
A part of you and of your Cornish land
But through bitter word that friendship
Ran through our fingers like so much sand
