Sunday dinner

Horrible wet day outside today, so I stayed indoors and wadded my way through a mountain of paperwork that needed sorted, then helped Mrs P make dinner.

Another great hairy bikers recipe, thyme & lemon roast chicken, with steamed and roast veg, some roast potatoes and home made gravy. Lovely!
