Coco and I ...

... were pretty much in mono mood!

Stayed indoors while others were still on the mend from having colds, so I was the chef in charge. Cooked lovely dinner, chicken noodle soup Polish way (rosòł) then roasted some fat duck with marjoram apple stuffing covered in honey orange & ginger glaze. Yum! For dessert Angel Dust, a lovely sponge cake my mum baked yesterday, which is a sponge with custard & desiccated coconut filling creamy centre, covered in more of that lovely scrumptiously cream and sprinkled with more coconut!

Now kitchen is cleaned, dishwasher is on, kids are bathed I can stretch my legs on the sofa and enjoy glass of red ... Happy & lazy Sunday folks :>
