Enough of the 5:2 and the cavemen diet...

I'm going to publish a degu guide to health and fitness. Eat nothing but what's good for you with occasional bits of apple and carrot, run the equivalent of about 100 miles a day and gnaw anything that's worth sinking your teeth into.
Failed to leave the house today except to feed the birds, but my period of semi- hibernation will soon be ending, Birmingham next weekend, Barcelona the weekend after and my sister coming for a weekend of fun and frolics for the first time on her own in years, can't wait !
