Wild Snowdrops

A break in the awful weather today gave us the opportunity to get out for a walk.

We didn't manage to complete our normal circular route because the footpath that runs alongside a drainage ditch was actually about 6 inches under water - and my walking boots aren't that tall so we turned around.

Katie enjoyed it though - see here - she loves splashing around in puddles.

Stopped to photograph this patch of snowdrops that are growing in the bank along side the bridleway. Hundreds of them.
