Serendipity

I wrote on a journal yesterday that blips just happen. You can get well into the day and then something turns up.

That happened to me today.

Warm water for swimming this morning, but the cold rain and hail (and a bit of snow) was a bit of a challenge. Wet garden - few birds.

I drove through awful rain up to meet my sister at the Denby Factory Visitors Centre (lovely tea, a chat - and we weakened and had a cup of chips!)

Still no blip. But when I was driving home along the A38, the sky was amazing - and there was a parking area just convenient.....

Serendipitous indeed.
