Stolen plant flowering

Had haggis with carrot & neep mash & wedges roasted in yesterday's leftover pork fat with honey & mustard. I thought that neeps were swedes and that swedes are the big purple things and not the little white things (I also bought a big purple thing on the market in Ipswich as a swede), but after reading the article in the guardian (see yesterday's blip) & the comment on yesterday's blip, I'm as confused as a cameleon on a smartie box. Whatever it was, it tasted good.

The blip is of the flower on the plant grown from a piece stolen from a friendly garden by C's mother when she was here last year.

Had a bit of thunder & lightning & a strong wind this evening.
