A very easy recipe.
Two bunnies
One chopped onion
Beetroot
Vegetable stock
Orange juice
Creme Fraiche

Actually, I missed out the bunnies!!!!!
Rather tasty.
I like making soup.

Today is the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch.
We did our counting from 11 a.m to 12 a.m. while listening to Desert Island Discs.
