Tools of the trade

It's been about 12 years since my last biblical studies course and the end of my supervised ministry placement and 10 years since I last preached.

Tomorrow or next Sunday depending on the impending birth of our pastor's child, I'm preaching. Even reworking an old sermon to fit is proving tougher than I expected for both anticipated (rusty technical skills) and iceberg-like reasons.
