Stash the Cash

As I walked around this afternoon, I caught sight of this old fashioned cash register. A clever crafter found a way to cover it in brightly quilted fabric panels and embellishments. I chuckled out loud and asked permission to include the photo here. It reminded me that I once saw a photo in a magazine of a real vehicle custom covered with quilted fabric. Apparently it was "street legal" too.
