Looking up #6

A bright and early start today.
Up and out for a jog in the park with Coralie and my new trainers.
Here I am looking up at them before they got their first trial run. So comfy and make me feel the part for my running sessions! I'm well equipped!!

The afternoon's been spent doing some online tests and bits and bobs of researching too with various tea breaks with Coralie.

Then tonight we had a bunch of friends over for a fajita and games night. It was a hoot. Some of the girls we don't know very well so was totally lovely seeing then come out of their shells a bit and joining in! Hilarious game of Legretto again... (This time in pairs lynsey, which was fun!)

As me and Coralie did the washing up and clearing away we just had a deep heart to heart, opening up about issues and chatting about the past and future. It's not been a relaxing day really but it's been a good one with lots of personal reflection and thoughtfulness.
