Let sleeping dogs lie

As you might have guessed from yesterday's Blip we're in Scotland, today in Dunfermline and this is what we found in our hotel room. I've seen the occasional bath duck in hotels, but I haven't seen this use of plushies before.

The card says " Hello, my name is Hector & I belong to room 3, If you do not want to be disturbed, just place me outside your room & the staff "will let sleeping dogs lie"
Kind of appropriate because last nights rendition of a famous Burns poem was
"The Twa Dogs"
