Aches & pains.

Up 10 mile run, soaked the skin but it was great! We then went to visit J's gran in hospital! Poor old soul that she is! She is 90 and miserable with her pain. We all feel pretty helpless! Anyway had a quiet evening, have a few aches myself as well!
