Winter Dusk, Tilliefoure
Late afternoon along the Lord's Throat near the Place of Tilliefoure, where the River Don winds between Bennachie and Pitfichie.
Time to head indoors for a snug, small-scale (and somewhat low-key) Burns Supper featuring Vegetarian Haggis, the usual neeps and tatties (my spellchecker kept changing that to "jeeps and tattoos" until I 'taught' it the actual words!) and a recital of Burns' Address to a Haggis (a sharp kitchen knife was plunged into the haggis at the appropriate juncture).
A happy and a festive Burns Night to all!
