River of Flowers

Mahonia Japonica

Another dry and bright day. We saw some blue sky, I washed MrD's overalls and they dried outdoors.

Did some more gardening - shame not to when the weather is so pleasant! Planted some Shallots "Red Sun" in pots in the grereenhouse, it will be nice to have fresh salads again.

I have blipped the Mahonia last Autumnm when it first came into flower, it has flowered continuously since then and is showing no signs of stopping. The birds eat the yellow flowers and any overwintering bees are glad of it too.
