Delicious

This is one of the dishes from Nom Nom Paleo cook book we got last week. So simple but oh so tasty! 3 ingredients (pork shoulder, bacon and sea salt) and 16 hours in the slow cooker creates this amazing Kalua Pork (named after the Hawaiian Island). The meat just falls apart and is so juicy.

Although not part of the original recipe after the pork had cooked we took the skin off the top and popped it under the grill to create the most amazing crackling!
