Cozy Cowl - For Texas

Since the other cowl was supposed to be my sister's Christmas present a few years ago, I felt like it shouldn't count for this year's present. I had some leftover yarn from making my brother-in-law's beanie, so I used the rest of it (and another ball) to make my sister another cowl.

When I gave it to her, I said "Here's a cowl that you can use in Texas." She got a kick out of that.
