chimney pots

Busy day. Up very early and had a walk in the dark. The morning was taken up with housework and the RSPB garden birdwatch.  Our yellowhammers didn't turn out in force - only 6 this morning compared with 11 on Thursday.  5 years ago we got one female in late winter, she brought her mate and they have brought their friends!

I nearly didn't go out this afternoon as the weather was so bad.  I only managed a few photos before the rain started again and this was the best of the bunch.
