An eye for an eye

Its been a horrible day today, rained nearly all day which put paid to any fell walking. It stopped for a short while this afternoon so had a wander around the garden looking for something to blip. I liked the texture and colour of this pine trunk and it wasn't until I viewed it on the laptop that I saw the "eye". I tried processing it in mono but preferred it in colour.

Saw a pair of Egrits on the marsh this morning, will try and blip them at some point in the near future.
