To Gorilla Plant (2)

Not the best photograph I know, but it was taken in failing light.

We had two self sown oak tree saplings growing in our garden. For a couple of years I have managed to ignore them. However if left for much longer they were going to cause a problem.

The larger tree was planted on our own field boundary to replace trees that had earlier succumbed to honey fungus.

The second tree was completely spare so it got planted here by the roadside, where I hope that, in years to come, others will be able to appreciate it.
