This Is Too Odd

Another cornflower has appeared. On one hand, I'm quite grateful as it gave me something to blip, and on the other, I find it really rather disturbing that flowers are beginning to bloom in January.

It just doesn't feel right. Really rather wrong.

Other news, I have a New Word. It is "Eustress". Being a curious chap, I typed it into dict.cc and it gave the English version of it. Rather unhelpfully that hapens to be "Eustress".

The "eu" comes from the Greek for well or good (Danke Wikipedia) and so Eustress is "Good stress". It is, apparently, the opposite from "distress".

All news to me.

I think I could do with a bit of Eustress at the moment.
