Poles

A very mundane Blip taken from car window whilst travelling towards Stromness. These poles have been constructed to a high standard as they have taken some big hits from the weather recently.

Going to the Rendall Burns supper tonight. With last night's weather at Deerness the local folk were thinking of building an Arc at one time. Speeches and meal were tip-top. First half of dance was poor. Quite a few folk went home early. Second half music was v good - ironically not so many to take advantage.

On departing for Kirkwall CMC reminds me to call the plumber. She also said she is taking me to Julia's tomorow for a treat.
