Glow worms in Finsbury Park

Entertaining eve at the Emirates, encompassing a 4-0 defeat of Coventry, a pitch invasion, and the debut of a 16-year-old.

This was my favourite point of the game though, when, just before half time, many of the floodlights suddenly went out. Ever helpful, the fans turned on the torches on their phones to raise the light levels.

I'd also like to thank a great pal who shimmied by for a quick glass of wine before the game, lent me some leg warmers, and provided some excellent advice on football terminology ("I don't think it's called an interval in football...").
