Homeward Bound

All things being equal I should have the mother of all hangovers this morning. Instead I'm feeling bright and breezy sitting in Dublin airport waiting to board my flight home to Glasgow.

My fellow passengers today comprise a lot of musicians and their instruments heading over to play at Glasgow's magnificent Celtic Connections Music Festival.

I've not been to hear anyone yet at the festival. I was scheduled to see Del Amitri last night but they've joined my lengthy list of 'gigs I bought tickets for but never saw' due to work related travel.

Looking forward to a couple of nights of home comforts before heading back to the airport on Monday.
