Lost and Found

Early on Thursday morning after a rather large and prolonged bout of rain, while wandering around and waiting to go to a 7.30am physio appointment, I spotted this on a stone bench outside our local multinational coffee house. I began to wonder if it was communtity policing or a good samaritan that wanted to let the owner know they had handed it in, either way, it was a nice little gesture that I dont believe would happen in the UK, hopefully I am wrong, because it would lead to a queue of idiots trying to claim a camera they like the look of. Imagine the coversation... "I left a Canon 1D on that bench", sorry sir, we dont have a Canaon 1D here, "but the sign on the bench says you have it, you owe me a Canon 1D"..... Maybe I'm just synical.
