Sunday Loaf

One advantage to being woken at 5.30am (see yesterday's post) is that I lit the stove really early and baked our first loaf of bread for breakfast. Very popular all round and all gone by lunch time! I have to figure out cooking times and the front of the bake oven is hotter than the back ... practice will make perfect, I guess!
