Circle at 5 Points

Sarasota Florida has some wonderful public art and this is one of the finest in the downtown area. The Five Points is where 5 streets come together and has been called Five Points for a long time. They created a roundabout and this wonderful circle sits on the sidewalk nearby. It has a wonderful water feature below and is a great place to stop and admire the art as you wander about the downtown area shops. There are great little outside cafes nearby and a park across from the Library just a ways down. The city took out all of the benches (to solve the homeless problem-which of course it didn't, so now no one has a place to sit) so if you want to sit I guess you have to sit on the side of the fountain.
