Friday morning, set myself up with a wee podcast for a wee pootle into work. Nice low wind to get me across the bridge and Mr Dalgety Single Speed comes up beside me. Ach it'd be rude not to keep up with him for the roll in and after all, I know he turns off up the hill at Barnton.

Do you remember the scene from Gattica where Jerome is on the treadmill? That was my ride after Barnton! Knackered... Felt good for it later in the day when I'd recovered but jings!!!

Movie night tonight. Seeing as our local video store has gone, had to go searching the HMV bargain bins for an applicable. I think every family should be introduced to The Goonies quite early on.
