Yo ho ho ho, a pirate life for me!

We're reading "The Troll" this week so Chickpea wanted to dress up like one of the pirates, Peg Polkadot. This isn't exactly that costume, well, at all, but it got her using pirate phrases ("Splice the mainbrace! Walk the plank!") for a good 20 minutes!

Later we reading a book about a troll that wished everything he touched was chocolate. Then at the end he made a sensible wish, a dragon, which Chickpea decided wasn't really a sensible wish at all. I asked her what a good wish would be and she said, "I think if you buy a toy or if you like puzzles."
