Town Hall Clock

Weather changed my Blipping plans for today so emergency Blip from the car park of the Town Hall Clock. (memo to my boss - the clock is slow! - honest)

Wind gusting to 69 mph at the moment and expected to increase and be the windiest day of the year so far which is saying something. Up Helly A looming next week and while the day doesn't look too bad weather wise at the moment there is concern about the boats on Sunday night.
