Hard to convince someone who's never tried this that a dish with rice, fish, egg and curry powder is tasty but it it really is delicious!

Funny morning, another tick off the list! Beyond tired tonight so it will be an early night with fingers crossed that the kids and their friends crash out before silly o'clock! :-)
