The Edge of my Forest

After winter storm Janus, our backyard was covered with pristine snow that made a nice contrast with the long winter shadows. Black and white was the way to go in order to accentuate the whites and the blacks. I was inspired by Ansel Adams quote: “When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.” A kind of contemplative moment in the death of winter...
