not entirely relevant to the shot but it's playing on itunes right now so..

today was lauren-goes-and-takes-fall-pictures-day. it was fun but not as nice as i thought it was out. :) it was cloudy and was sprinkling, on and off, through the whole walk with my dog. still, nice to get out of the house for sure.

i liked this shot because the more i looked at it, the less it looked like trees & leaves.

i LOVE fall, by the ways. after my cello lesson this morning, i basically just drove around my cello teacher's subdivision, looking at all of the fall colors. her sub is much older than mine and therefore (she tells me) the trees have better colors. true or not, it inspires me for some shots from my own sub. not as glorious. haha
