Farewell fanfare

After not seeing a very good friend for 2 years, I caught a short flight to Belfast to spend the weekend together. On the last afternoon we took a trip to Bangor for a farewell meal. When we entered the restaurant the weather was miserable, cold and wet and the restaurant offered refuge from the grim grey clouds. After dinner we emerged to this beautiful scene over a sleepy marina. Using my mobile panoramic option we took this wonderful shot. This captured my mood perfectly, somber, refreshed, full to the brim of rekindling friendships and knowing we would not be leaving it so long before we see each other again in the future.
