Can I?

I long for some tablet, and making it would be quite an achievement. But can I be bothered to get into the car and go to the supermarket for the ingredients? And more to the point, am I able to have a tin of sweetened condensed milk in the house without eating it all and then having to go back to the shop for another one?

It's wet and windy and cold. I think I'll have to make do with a cup of sweet tea.
