Post Christmas Rose

Apologies for another flower picture, but I was braving the icy winds and putting something away in the garden shed when I saw these little brave blooms - couldn't resist blipping them.
Just come back from meeting up for a coffee with an ex-colleague who is undergoing cancer treatment. Good to see her so perky and she was laughing about keeping her woolly hat on in bed because she is missing her thick hair keeping her head warm. She is 48 next month and the prognosis may not be good - makes you count your belssings.
