Everyone But Me Got a Nap Today

In the last few nights, I haven't slept. We are attempting to buy a house this weekend in Seattle's absolutely insane housing market. We spent the morning and $600 non-refundable dollars doing a pre-inspection on the house. After which, we write an offer signing away all of our rights and attempting to compete with ten other offers escalating over the list price. If I went into even more detail you'd really understand how insane and horrible (for buyers) this market is. We did this once in 2012, once in 2013, and now once (so far) in 2014. So it has not been an easy process. We will find out Monday whether my pretty-close-to-potential-dream-house is ours. (Spoiler alert: we don't get it)
