Vinos de España
{It's late, so this will be brief}
I've come to the conclusion that Spanish wines, particularly their red wines, are among my favorites. I'm not a wine connoisseur by a long shot, (I'm not even sure I've spelled connoisseur correctly) but I know that I enjoy the rich, warm, earthy flavors often found in Spanish reds.
Tonight's wine comes from the Yecla region of Spain (on the east coast of Spain) and was the perfect accompaniment to a very delicious meatloaf with mashed potatoes, steamed carrots and green beans, and loads and loads of mushroom gravy.
