Public facility

This is a good cover that combine with the solar energy system and the bicycle parking lot. The only thing that I am not agree with this design is the capacity design. As a bicycle parking lot in our department it seems like too big, and at least a half of the area are empty even in the work day. When design and built some facilities, we may need to estimate the capacity before design and built it. Such as the parking lot, the outdoor classroom, and the public toilet.
