Cookie!!!

Erica made these fantabulous cupcakes and brought them into work today to share!

They were amazing and I have challanged her to make the rest of the Sesame Street characters!

I did manage to bring one home for Avril, but she doesn't get home from work for another 45 minutes! Cookie Monster's staring at me, I'm not sure I can resist him ...
