The morning after

Having friends 'round for dinner on a Saturday night can often result in a subdued Sunday but last night's news made this morning even more muted than anticipated.

But the fact that the news of Sam's death is so difficult to digest, that it's so unreal, meant there were outbreaks of cheeriness, especially once we'd eaten and talked about her for a bit. And then we'd remember again.

After we'd eaten, Jon and I went over to record Electronic Ears, which he guested on this week. I wish it had been under happier circumstances but once we got going, chatting about music and listening to the songs, it all went very well.

It's not that easy to read but here's his set list. If I remember, I'll come back and put the link to the podcast, as and when I get it sorted out.
