Thursday: Workshop

Not a very exciting shot but symptomatic of my day when I went to speak at a workshop on women entrepreneurs.  There were some pretty inspirational people there including a 13 year old who has just written a children's book which she has marketed and had published and which she is now developing into an app..........

Rounded off the evening by taking the main speaker, who was visiting from the UK, out for dinner.  She was really interesting and has worked with women in lots of developing countries, helping them to set up small businesses.

The 13 year old asked me, as I was towering over her, whether I was involved in IMTF.  I didn't like to admit that I didn't know what she meant so have since googled it.  It has come up as International Midget Tossing Federation but I don't think she meant that......
