All weather walk
Having had some treatment at the dentist this morning, I felt the need for a walk whilst the numbness wore off. I needn't have bothered as the wind was face numbingly cold, and although most of the walk was in sunshine, on the way back we encountered rain, hail and then sunshine again.
This is Hewenden Viaduct on the Great Northern Trail, and has featured numerous times in images by other local blippers. In spite of being so near by, I had never been there. This shows one of the information boards overlooking the viaduct, giving the history of the railway which used to run over there.
Glad to have finally done the walk, but took a while to thaw out, and my jaw was still numb when I got back!
