Frogs, golf balls, hail, snow, sleet .....

What a day! The weather has thrown everything at us - snow on the hilltops, hailstones as big as golf balls as well as blue sky and sunshine. Fire alight much earlier today to keep snug and warm.

Driving round to the west coast this evening for H piano lesson, we drove through a blizzard - we managed to get ahead of it and the photo is the bad weather about to hit the island of Ulva - beautiful and dramatic.
