The Promise of Spring

I saw these daffodils growing out of a Cornish hedge today.

They are my favourite flower because they are such a hardy plant that can survive through the bad weather and they represents the promise of spring with there lovely bright yellow flowers.

Also you may notice there are some primroses just coming into flower in the bottom left of this image.
