Cake No. 8

This week's cake is almond, cranberry and marzipan. It might not look spectacular but its absolutely full of flavour and my favourite cake so far (the fact that half of it disappeared overnight suggests someone else thinks so to). It sank a little bit in the middle - why does that happen?
