I couldn't stay at the Auberge and not include on of the four dogs who live here too. This is Stitch who belongs to chef Seb and his wife Sarah.

Tomorrow Seb cooks the full range of dishes on his menu in advance of the restaurant opening later in the year. He spent most of the evening doing preparation.
